As a dedicated Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible in a Residential SIL Home Environment.

About the Role
  • Develop daily skills such as housekeeping, personal care, social skills, and budgeting for individuals with disabilities.
  • Assist with personal care, meal planning, cooking, light cleaning, and facilitating community connections.
  • Support daily activities, such as going for walks, attending movies, or accompanying appointments.
  • Maintain connections with family, friends, and services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Help people achieve their NDIS goals by supporting daily skills development.
  • Assist with personal care, meal planning, and cooking.

Requirements
  • Cert 3 Qualification (Desirable)
  • Experience with SIL home Environment and complex behaviour
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work)
  • Open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance
