Job Title: Disability Support Worker

About the Role

As a dedicated support professional, you will work in the community to empower individuals with disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include providing emotional support and companionship, facilitating recreational activities, behavioural assistance, and transportation services.

Your duties may also involve assisting with personal care tasks such as light domestic duties, meal preparation, cleaning, and using assistive equipment like wheelchairs and walkers.

We focus on enabling our participants to lead fulfilling lives with increased independence. You will collaborate closely with them to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans.
