Job Title: Support Worker

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to work with participants in Toowoomba. The successful applicant will assist participants in developing and maintaining independence, achieving personal goals through community and social participation, and engaging in everyday skills such as cooking, gardening, gym and fitness, travel training, and money management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of professional boundaries, and the ability to provide support in all duties autonomously. A high level of energy and enthusiasm towards the work is essential.

  • Develop and drive engaging programs that help customers achieve their goals and dreams.
  • Support our customers to participate in social, recreation, and skills development programs.
  • Provide limited personal care and manual handling assistance.
  • Be a champion for our customers and support them to achieve their goals and independence.

This role requires flexibility, with the possibility of immediate start or commencement at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
