As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our clients through effective relationship-building and strategic planning. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, identifying areas for improvement, and developing tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in customer-facing roles, ideally with a background in managing complex relationships with large, global organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and exceptional communication and presentation skills. They will be able to navigate data and people to find answers, work well within a team environment, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagement and retention efforts, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support account expansion through targeted business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and driving revenue increases.
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on strategic planning, business optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and report on client performance metrics, making recommendations for process improvements and optimizing value realization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders, fostering trust and cooperation to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in customer success, account management, or similar functions.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, expanding client relationships, and delivering high-value services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and convey technical information effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Experience working in high-growth technology companies or consumption-based businesses.
