Critical Role in Corporate Governance
As a key member of our team, you will oversee the provision of timely and accurate corporate services, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen business relationships with clients through various commercial activities.
- Lead the team to ensure deliverables meet expectations and exceed client needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our corporate services client base.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell services to clients.
- Oversee overall deal activity, including acquisitions, divestments, and refinancing.
Business Development
- Responsible for assigned targets of new revenue.
- Maintain and grow excellent relations with existing clients and intermediaries.
- Attend meetings to present our services and identify commercial opportunities.
Team Management
- Supervise a team to provide professional trustee and other financial services.
- Conduct regular internal meetings to plan work-in-progress and deadlines.
- Empower and coach team members to solve complex client requests.
Compliance
- Ensure proper Compliance awareness among staff.
- Train, coach, and manage the team in Compliance procedures.
- Monitor transactions and review Compliance reviews.
