Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a skilled Business Development and Tender Manager to join our team at Bellwether Group.

This role will play a crucial part in driving our business development activities, including tender submissions, CV writing, procedure manuals, marketing strategies, and creating and formatting documents for business development and tender bids.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and editing skills, be able to interpret tender documents, and produce high-quality content that captures our unique selling points.

Main Responsibilities Include:
  • To provide timely and efficient management of tenders, ensuring they meet key requirements and deadlines.
  • To research and edit content, working closely with various business units to understand project requirements.
  • To create proposals and tender documentation that showcase our value proposition to prospective clients.
  • To develop graphics and written content for marketing materials, including capability statements and project case studies.
  • To track upcoming tender opportunities through various portals.
