As a Sales Development Specialist in Compression and Advanced Wound Care, you will drive growth and revenue through market-leading products and exceptional customer service.

This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Queensland. You will build close relationships with therapists, working on solution-based, meaningful work that blends sales expertise with clinical insights.

You will research market trends, identify potential partners and customers, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our customers.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience and/or formal clinical qualifications related to Compression and Wound Care. They possess strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage, report on, and develop contracts, tenders, and business agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers.
  • Apply consistent sales processes for opportunity identification, management, and implementation.
  • Optimize territory planning to generate maximum business outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Proactively contact and call leads, working closely with the marketing team.
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage, report on, and develop contracts, tenders, and business agreements.
  • A proven record of sustainable and profitable sales delivery in the health and medical industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, particularly with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Collaborative leadership qualities to work effectively across the business.
