Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our technical services, and contributing to the development of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, resolving issues related to devices, tools, and services, including cloud-based software, identity and access management, Windows OS, MacOS, iOS, networking, and printing equipment.
  • IT Asset Management: Manage the procurement, setup, ongoing maintenance, and disposal of technical assets, including laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment.
  • IT Ticketing System: Manage the internal IT support ticketing system, ensuring that SLAs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • User Account Management: Create and maintain all user accounts across the business, ensuring that access is secure and compliant with company policies.
  • IT Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain the IT internal technical knowledge base, providing a centralized resource for employees to access technical information and support.
  • Collaboration with Engineering Team: Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure the successful rollout of internally built services to employees.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure that all company data accessible by employees is handled in accordance with Valiant Finance's security, compliance, and data sovereignty policies.
  • Strategic Advice and Guidance: Provide strategic advice and guidance to the IT Operations Manager on IT operations and data security.
