
Learning Content Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully coordinating and managing learning programs across a diverse range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the reporting and administration of all learning content on our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring key deliverables are met
- Maintain, review and update training materials including localisation of content as required
- Manage all training enrolments, attendance records and completion records to ensure current reporting is maintained
- Coordinate training and onboarding including scheduling, learning activities, managing learning-related communications, coordinating required resources, and other activities as required
- Provide support for store partners including responding and resolving issues regarding all aspects of learning & development in a timely manner
- Support the delivery of new learning content across the LMS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience with an LMS administration
- Previous experience in training coordination
- Intermediate MS office skills
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management, effective collaboration and internal consultancy and advisory experience
- Keen eye for detail, and ability to interpret data to generate insights
- A proactive attitude & alignment with our mission & values
