The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully coordinating and managing learning programs across a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the reporting and administration of all learning content on our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring key deliverables are met
  • Maintain, review and update training materials including localisation of content as required
  • Manage all training enrolments, attendance records and completion records to ensure current reporting is maintained
  • Coordinate training and onboarding including scheduling, learning activities, managing learning-related communications, coordinating required resources, and other activities as required
  • Provide support for store partners including responding and resolving issues regarding all aspects of learning & development in a timely manner
  • Support the delivery of new learning content across the LMS

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with an LMS administration
  • Previous experience in training coordination
  • Intermediate MS office skills
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management, effective collaboration and internal consultancy and advisory experience
  • Keen eye for detail, and ability to interpret data to generate insights
  • A proactive attitude & alignment with our mission & values
