- Create engaging learning experiences for adult learners, focusing on online courses and training solutions.
- Design and build new learning solutions, defining course structure, coordinating input from contributors, and writing/editing content.
- Project manage the creation and revision schedule, ensuring timely delivery of new learning solutions.
- Analyse system and learner data to continuously improve effectiveness and relevance.
- Contribute innovative ideas for enhancing content, learner experience, and engagement.
About You
">- 5+ years of experience in a related field or similar role.
- A genuine passion for online learning and learning innovation.
- Ability to think creatively, with a tech-savvy mindset and keen eye for design.
- Experience building engaging learning experiences for adult learners, including desktop and mobile use cases.
- Proven project management capabilities, including project planning, prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects/stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible, and engaging learning content.
- Great collaboration skills to work effectively with contributors and specialists.
