**About The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity available for a talented Learning Content Developer for a Fixed Term Contract period of 12 months, this role does offer flexibility for part time hours ie 4 days a week.
The primary focus of this interesting and varied role will be to support the L and OD Team by creating content for various learning requirements including eLearning, animations, user guides manuals and workbooks for a wide range of audiences and stakeholders across the Milwaukee business.
**Reporting directly to the Learning Content Manager your key duties will include**:
- Create high quality content that is relevant, on time and within scope
- Offer advice and options to stakeholders of best approach for each project
- Understand where content creation is required through ADDIE process and instructional design theories
- Recommend an approach for each requirement, considering scope of work and outlining expectations for delivery with stakeholders
- Create interactive and engaging content using instructional design principles and software such as Articulate, Vyond and other types of software
- Build appropriate documentation to support learning requirements such as user guides, quick guides, PowerPoints and workshop activities
- Work with learning management systems (LMS) to ensure SCORMS and other learning materials are effectively housed and presented.
**About YOU**
**You will ideally have a strong background in content writing within a corporate, e learning environment and fast paced industry in addition to the following skills/attributes**:
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid time management and attention to detail
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40122) required
- Experience in Articulate 360 or similar is essential
- Cornerstone LMS and Adobe suite experience is advantageous
- Exposure to Vyond or other animation software
- Graphic and instructional design background would be advantageous
- Previous experience with modern learning techniques e.g. Micro and Social learning
