
First-Level Technical Support Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for IT and a desire to grow in a structured, supportive team environment. As part of the ICT team, you'll provide first-level technical support, assist with account setups, and help users with hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to ICT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot basic issues such as password resets, account access, and device configuration
- Log and track incidents using the ICT service management system
- Follow standard procedures and checklists to resolve issues or escalate where necessary
- Communicate clearly with users, explaining technical concepts in simple terms
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support environment
- Experience with logging incidents, and escalating issues appropriately
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
