What We Do

You will be part of our operations team in Newcastle, working as part of a team of analysts to review hardship requirements and take action.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Review previous day's sample of hardship assessments.
  • Provide feedback to leadership.
  • Record keeping of quality reviews, actions, and next steps.
  • Analyse and present suggested process improvements.
  • Liaise with leaders across payments and compliance teams, presenting challenges and suggested solutions.
  • Review monthly ASIC Hardship requirements and take action as requested, working closely with the compliance guidance framework.
  • Ad hoc hardship-related work to be completed on an as-needed basis.
  • End-to-end project management of hardship-related initiatives as required.
