Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Credit and Business Development Specialist to join our team.

This role combines credit assessment support for the Originator with sales activities to convert opportunities into transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Assessment Support:
    • Assist the Originator in loan origination, preparation of financial documents, and feasibility studies.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders throughout the origination process.
    • Manage portfolio, track transactions, and ensure timely completion of loan renewals.
    • Develop knowledge of funding programmes, policies, and procedures.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify transaction opportunities and present them to the Origination team.
    • Generate leads through diverse channels and expose clients to our network.
    • Demonstrate ability to convert leads into sales, prepare business plans, and meet targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • No less than 2-3 years' experience in real estate banking and finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of development finance, construction process, and credit risk management.
  • Commercial acumen, strategic approach to client management, and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Personable, strong communication, and high level of accuracy.
