Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist - Recruitment Manager – Full-time Contract position based in Newcastle CBD. Flexible to work 4 or 5 days a week. Competitive salary for the right candidate.

The Role

You will be managing the company's accounts receivable processes, taking full ownership of your ledger and ensuring payment from customers. You will be responsible for collections, account reconciliation and will deal directly with our clients to conduct collection calls and follow-ups, reconcile accounts and allocate payments, collaborate with our internal partners, managers and teams to resolve issues and queries and perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

You
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar credit control position
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiar with Apxium and MYOB PM
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with our clients
