Looking to launch your career in credit lending and assessment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional & Agri Customer Lending Solutions professional based in East Maitland. In this role, you will support customers and communities in Business & Private Banking, prioritising their needs and satisfaction above all else.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and prepare lending submissions, including obtaining and collating customer information.
  • Perform credit analysis, financial modelling, and interpretation of customers' financial information.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience by managing the end-to-end lending process and engaging internal/external contacts.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to identify opportunities and build advocacy.
  • Contribute to team meetings, continuous improvement practices, and sharing of skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in banking.
  • Proven experience with financial analysis.
  • Understanding of policy and verification requirements.
  • A willingness to continue learning and striving for positive customer outcomes.
