Job Summary

This role involves providing expert vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services to clients within various insurance schemes. You will work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality vocational assessments and support treatment plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify suitable job opportunities and create effective case management strategies.
  • Develop and execute programs to prevent workplace injuries and promote workplace safety education.
  • Support clients in their recovery journey, addressing psychosocial obstacles to employment and identifying resources for successful reintegration into the workforce.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or related Allied Health Disciplines.
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
