Job Description:

  • Deliver end-to-end human resources support to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to implement best practice HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Recruitment lifecycle management including advertising, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  3. Coordinate pre-employment checks and visa requirements.
  4. Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll processing.
  5. Administer employee benefits and coordinate training and health initiatives.
  6. Advise on HR policies and procedures, ensuring legislative compliance.
  7. Support employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
  8. Deliver HR reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and local employment legislation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HRIS systems.
  • Degree in HR Management, Business, or related discipline.
