Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager to lead the development and delivery of strategic change and communication practices across our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver robust change and communication strategies that support successful project and program outcomes.
  2. Lead the development of our change management practice, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards.
  3. Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of change and comms maturity.
  4. Develop and lead strategic and operational communications aligned to our North Star.
  5. Support delivery excellence and embed best-in-class ways of working across teams.
  6. Owning and optimizing our SharePoint platform and managing critical incident communications.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced change management capability, with experience applying methodologies in large-scale customer-facing environments.
  • Strong project delivery skills, with the ability to integrate change across complex businesses and multiple sites.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders.
  • Skilled in influencing and negotiating to drive adoption and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Experience managing strategic communications and digital platforms.
