We are particularly interested in individuals with the following skills: Organisational change management and transformation planning for Defence organisations Proficiency with change management methodologies (particularly Prosci or similar frameworks)Stakeholder engagement and consultation processes including workshop facilitation Communication of change strategies to stakeholders and sponsors at all levels Ability to work within established policy frameworks and governance structures Experience contributing to collaborative teams managing sensitive workforce transitions For this role, candidates must hold an active minimum NV1 (or baseline) Australian Government Security Clearance.
