Job Title: Change Communications Specialist

You will play a vital role in planning and managing change and communication activities across the university.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders, business representatives, and delivery teams to ensure stakeholders adopt new ways of working.
  • Provide advice on change matters to senior management and stakeholders to enhance organisational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage change and communications work, including stakeholder engagement and delivering activities that foster credibility and growth.
  • Work closely with leadership to run engagement programs and support issue management.
  • Identify opportunities for engagement programs and establish effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Practical experience in business change or equivalent education and training.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to lead and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Initiative, strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
