Whether you're new to the field or bring specific technical expertise, we encourage you to reach out and express your interest in joining our team.We are particularly interested in individuals with the following skills:Organisational change management and transformation planning for Defence organisationsProficiency with change management methodologies (particularly Prosci or similar frameworks)Stakeholder engagement and consultation processes including workshop facilitationCommunication of change strategies to stakeholders and sponsors at all levelsAbility to work within established policy frameworks and governance structuresExperience contributing to collaborative teams managing sensitive workforce transitionsFor this role, candidates must hold an active minimum NV1 (or baseline) Australian Government Security Clearance.
