Job Title: Organisational Change Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to assess and manage change within an organisational context.

Key responsibilities will include conducting thorough impact assessments, developing comprehensive change management strategies, and identifying potential risks and resistance.

In order to achieve successful outcomes, the incumbent will be required to work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to create targeted change management plans, including communications strategies, sponsor roadmaps, and training initiatives.

They will take a lead role in executing these plans and supporting senior leaders.

Additionally, the Change Manager will be responsible for coordinating efforts with other change management specialists, identifying and reporting on change management issues, evaluating stakeholder readiness for change, and managing stakeholders effectively.

Success metrics will be defined and measured, change progress monitored, and support provided for change management at an organisational level.

Specific Responsibilities:
