Job Title: Change Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Change Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ITIL v3 or V4 and other best practice change management methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders on release scheduling and communication of progress.
  • Assess and review IT outages and communicate their system impacts to key decision-makers.
  • Provide input to the planning, coordination, and deployment of changes scheduled on various timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fundamental knowledge of ITIL v3 or V4 (desired) or other best practice change management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management practices.
