About the Role

The Australian Institute of Company Directors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Membership Experience Team as a Member Portfolio Partner. Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with AICD members to understand their individual professional aspirations and needs.
  • Work closely with clients and members to identify aligned membership benefits and AICD products/services that meet their ambitions for the year ahead.
  • Advise members on new and current initiatives that may be of interest to their development.
  • Proactively notify members of membership renewals and the timeframe for renewal.
  • Maintain a resolution mindset and problem-solve member issues when raised.
  • Refer members to other services and teams internally where relevant and appropriate.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed CRM management is maintained.
  • Represent AICD at events when required.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong technical aptitude and previous relevant experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and listening skills.
  • The ability to influence and communicate with C&D-level executives.
  • High level of interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
  • Be empathetic, flexible, and have a friendly demeanor.
  • Demonstrated resilience and initiative with a resolution mindset.
  • Account or portfolio administration management experience.
  • CRM data management and MS Office experience.
