Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Compliance Analyst. This newly created role is critical to ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Legislation Amendment Act 2023 and mitigating legal, financial, and reputational risks across our payroll operations.

About the Role:

This role involves conducting audits of Kronos Dimensions and Chris21 configurations, leading remediation projects aligned with Fair Work Ombudsman guidelines, and providing expert legislative advice to payroll teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing audit processes to demonstrate compliance with Wage Theft legislation and building risk templates and conducting compliance risk analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of Kronos Dimensions and Chris21 configurations
  • Lead remediation projects aligned with Fair Work Ombudsman guidelines
  • Provide expert legislative advice to payroll teams
  • Develop audit processes to demonstrate compliance with Wage Theft legislation
  • Build risk templates and conduct compliance risk analysis

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive payroll experience in complex, multi-unit environments, strong knowledge of employment legislation and enterprise agreements, and proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis. Experience with UK Dimensions and Chris21 is highly regarded. You will also need to be able to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
