About the Role

As a Payroll Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multi-country payroll services for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role involves overseeing the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and timely processing in compliance with local and international regulations.

You'll play a key role in implementing payroll platforms and supporting clients through system transformations and process enhancements.

  • Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions.
  • Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms.
  • Validate payroll data across digital platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards.
  • Provide guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients.
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
