We are currently seeking a meticulous Payroll Compliance Specialist to bolster our team's compliance efforts. This newly created role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to legislation and mitigating legal, financial, and reputational risks across our payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits of Kronos Dimensions and Chris21 configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead remediation projects aligned with Fair Work Ombudsman guidelines to maintain a compliant payroll environment.
  • Provide expert legislative advice to payroll teams to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Develop audit processes to demonstrate compliance with Wage Theft legislation and provide evidence of adherence.
  • Build risk templates and conduct compliance risk analysis to identify potential threats and implement mitigation strategies.
What You'll Bring
  • Extensive experience in payroll management, particularly in complex, multi-unit environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and enterprise agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience with UK Dimensions and Chris21 highly regarded, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
