OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Compliance Analyst to join our team in Banyo. This newly created role is critical to ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Act 2023 and mitigating legal, financial, and reputational risks across our payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits of Kronos Dimensions and Chris21 configurations
- Lead remediation projects aligned with Fair Work Ombudsman guidelines
- Provide expert legislative advice to payroll teams
- Develop audit processes to demonstrate compliance with Wage Theft legislation
- Build risk templates and conduct compliance risk analysis
- Extensive payroll experience in complex, multi-unit environments
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and enterprise agreements
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis
- Experience with UK Dimensions and Chris21 highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
