We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to lead and oversee payroll operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Develop the Payroll Team
  • Provide Expert Escalation Support for Payroll Queries
  • Oversee End-to-End Payroll Processing for High-Volume Employee Base
  • Maintain Compliance with Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and Relevant Legislation
  • Manage Salary Packaging Arrangements and Deductions
  • Finalize Year-End Processes and Reconciliations
  • Deliver Payroll Reports to Management and Auditors
  • Reconcile Payroll-Related Balance Sheet Accounts
  • Analyze Payroll KPIs and Recommend Process Improvements
Requirements:
  • Strong Payroll and Invoicing Skills
  • Several Years of Experience in Payroll, with Increasing Responsibility (Minimum Two Years in a Similar Role)
  • Expertise in High-Volume Payroll Processing (300+ Employees)
  • Strong Knowledge of Payroll Legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements
  • Excellent Organizational Skills with Ability to Multitask and Prioritize Workload
  • High-Level Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy
  • Proficiency in Payroll Systems and Microsoft Office
