About the Position

IRT seeks an experienced facilities manager to lead our Facilities Management Operations team across Sydney properties.

The successful applicant will ensure high-quality execution of site facilities management plans, meeting general facility care and maintenance requirements.

This role involves travel between each site in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute facilities management plans.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage budgets and exercise financial control.
  • Negotiate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Work in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in facilities coordination.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to execute projects within agreed timeframes and SLAs.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • C-Class Driver's Licence.
