**Job Summary:**

We are seeking dedicated individuals to manage high-profile facilities and locations across metropolitan Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and coordinate small to medium-sized teams, including managing responses to incidents and emergencies.
  • Prepare and deliver operational briefs and assign duties to staff.
  • Operate and manage technical systems, including complex data entry.
  • Conduct continuous monitoring and observation through surveillance systems (CCTV).
  • Respond promptly to alarm activations.
  • Oversee and manage access control systems.
  • Maintain accurate records, including communication logs and detailed reports.
  • Manage and distribute operational security equipment.

**Requirements:**

  • NWS 1A Security Licence.
  • At least 12 months of experience in the security industry.
  • Proven experience in facility management with technical systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Impeccable personal presentation.
  • Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
