**Facilities Manager Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a high-profile client site in Sydney's CBD. This client-facing role will see you working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery, contractual compliance, and continuous improvement across the facility.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to take charge of facilities operations, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing facilities teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Oversee facilities operations and ensure contractual KPIs are achieved
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
  • Lead a small, collaborative on-site team, supporting and guiding their daily activities
  • Monitor compliance with WHS&E requirements and company procedures
  • Manage contractors and suppliers to meet service standards
  • Produce operational, compliance, and financial reporting as required
  • Identify and implement process improvements for service delivery
**Essential Skills & Experience**
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CMMS systems
