Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to join our team as a Commercial Growth Strategist. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in the non-residential construction sector.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial construction projects and a proven ability to secure new tender opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and RFPs.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
