We are seeking a Transformational Growth Strategist to drive the growth engine behind our fast-growing group of industrial businesses.

The Opportunity
  • Serious autonomy – own the strategy, team, budget, and systems.

  • Group-wide scope – across multiple businesses and their brand stack.
Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing strategy – develop a 3-year growth & marketing roadmap across every business and brand.
  • Build the team – hire and lead A-players across growth, content, product marketing, and ops.
  • Brand architecture – strategy, positioning and key messaging for all brands.
  • Content engine – build a high-quality content production engine across all target media & platforms.
  • Demand gen – warm outreach, cold outreach, organic content, paid ads – tested, measured, scaled.
  • Funnel design – offers, lead magnets, landing pages, nurture sequences, automation, CRO.
  • Sales enablement – deal sequences, nurture content, and tools that lift win rates and deal velocity.
  • Customer marketing – programs to nurture, retain and grow share of wallet in existing accounts.
  • Product marketing – value proposition, segmentation, go-to-market strategy, new product ideas.
  • Employer brand & recruitment marketing – attract A-player talent to all group businesses.
  • M&A marketing – build acquisition deal flow and integrate acquired businesses fast.
  • Tech stack – all customer-facing systems across marketing, sales, and support.
  • Data & optimisation – track what matters, optimise relentlessly, double down on high ROI activities.
