The ideal candidate for this role will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering excellent service, and a strong understanding of what it takes to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements
  • Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors
  • Ensure the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies
  • Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous
