We are seeking a skilled and motivated Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results.
- They will be responsible for leading and motivating the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction, providing training, upholding cleanliness standards, and conducting regular inspections.
- The Housekeeping Team Leader will also be responsible for efficiently assigning tasks and overseeing inventory to ensure smooth operations, attending to guest requests and issues promptly for a pleasant stay.
You will have a sharp eye for detail, previous experience in Housekeeping, and excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays are essential.
