About Us:

We are seeking experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to lead our dedicated team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and guidance of the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Maintenance of cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Supervision of daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
  • Ensuring the team is conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies.
  • On-the-job training and support for team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Police check.
  • Work rights within Australia.
