Speech Pathology Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced speech pathologist to lead our clinical team.

  • Manage the provision of high-quality patient care services in collaboration with our therapy team.
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients in the clinic or via telehealth, focusing on evidence-based best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and ongoing support.
  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss case updates and engage in professional development activities.
  • Collaborate with external healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a certified practising speech pathologist, along with current SPA membership, a Working With Children Check, and full Australian working rights.

Additional requirements include professional indemnity and public liability insurance, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practice principles.

Desirable criteria include experience working with the NDIS and supervisory experience or interest in working with multidisciplinary teams.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including a $500 annual professional development allowance.
