Electrical Compliance Specialist

The Electrical Inspector role involves ensuring compliance across the distribution network and participating in an on-call roster.
- Respond to customer inquiries, assisting with compliance issues related to rules, regulations, standards, and policies.
- Provide technical guidance to internal staff and electricity professionals.
- Investigate customer complaints regarding defects in relation to metering and servicing appointments.
- Facilitate and complete customer connections to the network.
- Complete work activity records and other work-related documentation using digital platforms.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and proven skills in inspection, customer service, stakeholder engagement, and ability to work autonomously or closely within a team environment.
- A Grade Electrical Licence
- G Class Electrical Inspectors Licence (V Class endorsement highly desirable)
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- ESI Worker Card
