O'Shea Electrical is on the hunt for a dynamic **Electrical Manager** to lead our growing team and drive quality across a wide range of domestic and light commercial electrical projects.

**What You'll Be Doing**

This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You'll be:

- Leading and supporting our team of electricians and apprentices
- Booking in and scheduling jobs with efficiency and care
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to field staff
- Overseeing job quality and signing off on Certificates of Electrical Safety (COES)
- Ordering materials, managing inventory, and working with suppliers
- Ensuring every project complies with relevant safety and industry standards
- Acting as the key contact for escalated client concerns and delivering excellent service
- Helping drive continuous improvement and team development

**What We're Looking For**

A-Grade Electrical Licence (Essential)
Proven experience in a senior or supervisory electrical role
Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 and compliance requirements
Confident communicator and natural leader
Organised, reliable, and committed to high-quality outcomes
Experience with job management software is a plus
