Capital Project Coordinator

Job Description:

The role will play a critical part in supporting the successful delivery of capital projects across the Pipe Road site. You'll be responsible for ensuring robust project planning, cost control, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting are executed in alignment with regional and global business requirements.

  • Assist the Project Manager(s) in monitoring, controlling, and administering the project progress and performance aspects of project management.
  • Provide project planning support, including creation of schedules, monitoring of budgets, variance analysis, status reporting, and resource planning.
  • Ensure project control procedures and policies are executed and functioning according to Nufarm methodology & performance standards for all projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this role, you'll need to have qualifications within engineering/business/management with experience within project and procurement controls, ideally within a chemical manufacturing environment or similar role in the food, Pharma or petrochemical industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Engaging and proactive approach with excellent communication skills that can leverage to engage teams and drive collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience in project control, procurement sourcing, contract negotiation, and contractor management.
