  • Ensure timely settlement of equity transactions, compliance with ASX rules, and resolve discrepancies with brokers and custodians.
  • Oversee NAV calculations, unit pricing, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate valuations and corporate action adjustments.
  • Manage corporate actions (dividends, stock splits, mergers), adjusting fund NAVs and positions accordingly.
  • Monitor and mitigate operational risks in equity trading and fund operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal controls.
  • Provide performance reports and insights on trade activity, fund NAVs, P&L, and reconciliation outcomes.
  • Lead the Investment Operations and Fund Accounting teams, driving efficiency, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity trading, NAV calculations, and corporate actions, as well as 5+ years of experience in investment operations, with leadership experience in equity markets and fund management.
