
Residential Admissions and Community Liaison

This is a full-time position based in Malvern, Melbourne. As a Residential Admissions Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and admissions into our residential aged care facilities.
The successful applicant will ensure that our residential facilities are presented and promoted at their best, raising the profile of our services to local communities.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and support to potential clients and their families to ensure timely and appropriate placement into a care home.
- Collaborate closely with Facility Managers and key staff to coordinate promoting facilities to prospective residents and their families.
- Coordinate all aspects of promoting facilities, including bookings, tours, and post-visit discussions, to ensure seamless communication and effective outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and converting enquiries into placements in a timely manner.
- High-level communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in having financial conversations with potential clients.
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivation and proactive approach to work.
- Experience working to and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Emotional intelligence, resilience, and physical capacity to perform the required work.
