Education Admissions Officer

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level professional admissions skills and customer services in education, one of Australia's largest export industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaison and relationship building with institutes and universities, offering support services for students, and providing general administrative and clerical support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising and building relationships with educational institutions
  • Providing a range of support services for students, including career and migration assistance
  • Offering general administrative and clerical support
  • Supporting other marketing events and administrative activities

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A Bachelor degree or above
  • A sound understanding of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and Australian migration policies
  • Highly efficient time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience in admin-related roles
  • A fast learner with a positive attitude
  • A NAATI Chinese into English translation credential is highly desirable
