Client Experience Coordinator- Residential Admission

This role is responsible for providing a first and long-lasting impression for enquiries and admissions and onboarding into mecwacare's growing number of residential aged care facilities. Furthermore, this role is responsible for ensuring residential facilities are presented and promoted at their optimum in a manner to raise the profile of mecwacare residential services to communities ensuring mecwacare is referred to as a service of choice.

Essential:

  • High-level communication and customer service skills and the aptitude to build relationships Experience in having financial conversations with potential clients
  • Stakeholder management skills with proven ability to negotiate
  • The ability to self-motivate and a proactive approach to work and the ability to take initiative with tasks and projects
  • Demonstrated advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to adapt to other CRM systems effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Emotional intelligence, resilience and physical capacity to perform the work required
  • Demonstrated use of tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations, always maintaining confidentiality
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence

Desirable:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications from either a business or human service-oriented discipline (e.g., Business Management, Accounting, Commerce; or Social Work, Community Services, Case Management).
  • Experience in working in Customer Experience, Admissions or Home Care Packages Intake
  • Successful completion of online course on "Maximising Income" prior to commencement
  • Successful annual refresher/update on "Maximising Income" online course
