Senior Marketing Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing leader to join our team at Echo Entertainment Group as a Senior Marketing Manager - Leisure and Entertainment. This is a key role that will play a pivotal part in the pre-opening of our new leisure and entertainment destination.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and lead the marketing strategy for our leisure and entertainment business, including the development of commercially focused campaigns.
- Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to develop and execute a strong hotel online marketing strategy plan.
- Develop marketing campaigns that comply with relevant laws and regulations, including RSA and RSG codes.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals to deliver marketing plans and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 8 years' experience in marketing, advertising, or brand development within a hospitality or gaming industry.
- Proven experience leading a team in a high-volume environment managing tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of laws as they relate to the organisation, in particular Privacy, Marketing and related laws.
