Senior Case Manager

This role requires an experienced Case Manager to provide support and guidance to individuals who have experienced trauma. The successful candidate will work closely with participants to understand their needs and develop a tailored plan to address their challenges.
About the Role- Provide case management services to individuals who have experienced physical and sexual assault, abuse, harassment, and bullying.
- Liaise with external agencies and other stakeholders to ensure participants receive comprehensive support.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of participant interactions and progress.
- Qualifications: Psychologist, Mental Health Accredited, Social Worker, Registered Nurse, Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist eligible or registered with AHPRA or AASW.
- Experience in coordinating and assisting in the management of a caseload of complex and potentially at-risk clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants from diverse backgrounds.
