About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with our global rewards strategies and principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global and local compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and job architecture topics.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.
  • Analyze market data and trends to inform compensation decisions.
  • Design and implement training programs for HR, managers, and employees on total rewards topics.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to HR and management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on global rewards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, finance, or related field.
