About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Head of Rewards to join our team at Canva. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our global rewards strategy and ensuring it aligns with our mission and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive rewards strategy that drives business outcomes and attracts top talent
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of reward managers and analysts
  • Design and implement innovative compensation and benefits programs that reflect our global team's diversity and keep us ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving market
  • Partner with C-suite leaders to offer strategic insights that directly impact business decisions and help us attract and retain top talent
  • Ensure our reward practices support our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, making sure every Canvanaut feels valued
  • Stay ahead of market trends and adapt our strategies to balance immediate needs with long-term success
What You'll Need
  • Extensive experience in total rewards, with a proven track record of leading reward strategies in global, high-growth public tech companies
  • Deep expertise in compensation and benefits, including executive compensation, equity programs, and global benefits
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect reward strategies to business outcomes, people strategies, and financial performance
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Global mindset and ability to design reward programs that resonate across diverse markets and cultures
  • Confident communication and influencing skills, with experience in presenting to and advising C-suite executives and board members
